MassWorks™, the award-winning MS calibration and analysis software, not only enables formula determination on single/triple quad with 100x better mass accuracy (CLIPS), a capability otherwise only available on HiRes MS, but also improves formula ID at HiRes by 20x via Spectral Accuracy (sCLIPS). Exact analysis of hard-to-separate mixtures also becomes possible, e.g., deamidated peptides or proteins, hydrogen-deuterium exchange experiments etc. Newly added SAMMI feature allows for accurate analysis of large molecules such oligos, RNAs, peptides and proteins along with their modifications.
